YTMetric is a YouTube operations platform for teams that connect their own YouTube channels, view channel performance, and manage team access inside a private workspace.

Information We Collect

When you sign in or connect a YouTube channel, we may collect your Google account email, profile name, YouTube channel ID, channel title, channel thumbnail, channel statistics, and YouTube Analytics metrics such as views, watch time, subscribers gained, and performance trends.

How We Use Google User Data

We use Google user data only to provide YTMetric features requested by the user: connecting YouTube channels, displaying channel identity, showing read-only analytics reports, and helping authorized team administrators manage their workspace. YTMetric does not upload, edit, delete, publish, or modify YouTube content.

Data Sharing

We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with advertisers. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers that help us operate the service, such as hosting, database, and API providers, only for the purpose of providing YTMetric.

Google API Limited Use

YTMetric's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain connected channel data and analytics data while your workspace uses YTMetric. You may request removal of your account, workspace data, or connected YouTube channel data by contacting us at dungdong333@gmail.com.
